The Oulu Culture Events Association
The Oulu Culture Events Association promotes accessibility of culture and arts in the Oulu region and strengthens the preconditions for cultural actors in the region. We coordinate the network and joint marketing of events and festivals belonging to the Oulu August Festival.
We also develop cultural events and strengthen their operations in Northern Ostrobothnia more broadly by
- creating business operations around events
- building a year-round event field
- by promoting cooperation between event organizers and companies in the province.
